Kincaid, Alexander

Alexander Kincaid (1710-1777) was an 18th century Scottish printed and publisher who served as Lord Provost of Edinburgh. Noted for "A new geographical, commercial, and historical grammar" (three editions 1790-1799), published in Edinburgh, apparently 13 years after his death.
