Capper, Benjamin Pitts

Benjamin Pitts Capper (1772-1844) was a British publisher of gazetteers, most notably "A Topographical Dictionary of the United Kingdom", published in 22 editions between 1808 and 1829, which contained a set of small maps of English counties plus Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
